Mabel Lane Market & Physical Product Sales

1. Product Availability & Pricing: We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping & Risk of Loss: Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Mabel Lane is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or natural events. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Returns & Damages: Please inspect all Mabel Lane Market goods upon delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted to hello@mabellaneinteriors.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Due to the nature of our carefully curated inventory and our small business operations, we are unable to offer refunds or general returns at this time. All sales are final.

4. Accuracy of Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate to the physical product.

5. Taxes: You are responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes associated with your purchase based on the shipping address provided.

6. Product Safety & Proper Use: You agree to use all products purchased from Mabel Lane Market only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any provided safety instructions, warnings, or guidelines. LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse of products, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety precautions (such as leaving heat-related items unattended or improper installation of hardware)

No Professional Relationship Created

Submitting a contact form, inquiry, or questionnaire – or accessing journal content, resources, or downloads – does not create a client-designer relationship. Interior design services are only established through a separate, signed Client Agreement, which governs the full scope of services and supersedes these Terms in the event of conflict.

Interior Design Services Disclaimer

Mabel Lane Interiors provides interior design services and design coordination only. We do not provide architectural, engineering, or construction services. By engaging with our design-related content or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1) All renderings, layouts, plans, and recommendations are conceptual and for planning purposes only
2) We are not licensed architects or engineers
3) Plans and drawings are not permit-ready and must be reviewed and approved by licensed professionals
4) All measurements must be verified by the client, builder, or contractor
5) We are not responsible for construction methods, contractor performance, code compliance, scheduling, budgeting, or final outcomes
6) Failure to seek appropriate professional review releases Mabel Lane from liability.

Content provided on the Site – including journal posts, articles, resources, guides, downloads, moodboards, and recommendations – is offered for general informational and educational purposes only.
