Lafayette Remodel

Located in a beautiful historic Denver neighborhood, the Lafayette Remodel reimagined the kitchen of a 1920s Prairie-style home for modern family life while preserving the original character that made the house distinctive. The existing hardwood floors were retained while original architectural elements informed the renovation and created continuity between old and new. A new kitchen footprint improved circulation while custom cabinetry and integrated appliances made better use of the available space. The result is a kitchen that feels refreshed and highly livable yet grounded in the history of the original home.
