Set within a 1990s Colonial Revival home, the Crestview Renovation began with a bathroom that already had a well-functioning layout and generous storage. Rather than reconfigure a space that was working well, we preserved the existing footprint and focused the renovation on thoughtful updates that would elevate the room while making strategic use of the project budget. Subtle adjustments to the cabinetry increased storage, while timeless finishes and traditional details brought a greater sense of permanence to the space. The result is a refined bathroom that feels more connected to the home’s architecture and is thoughtfully suited to a growing family.
